At PanchGir, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to deliver high-quality, hygienically packed food products.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To verify the issue, clear unboxing images or videos may be required.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Items without original or intact packaging
